In today's championship match in the newly formed Leistungsstaffel 1, our young U15 (C-Jugend) played against the older age group of Waldfeucht/Bocket. From the start, our Lions took control of the game but couldn't create many chances as the opponent defended deep and well. It took until the 28th minute for Diego Ahrens to put us in the lead. In the 30th minute, we missed the opportunity to increase the score with a penalty. The correction came in the 33rd minute with a fantastic solo effort by Timur Kasum. At halftime, it was 2:0.

With this result, the young Lions started the second half well. However, Waldfeucht applied more pressure and created a few chances. These remained unused and were saved by our goalkeeper Dustin Wisbeck. About 10 minutes into the second half, our Lions regained their composure, took control again, and rewarded themselves in the 47th minute with a 3:0 by Tobias Deußen. Nikita Schwan sealed the deal in the 65th minute with a 4:0.
