Even in the second match of the new calendar year, we remained without points.
In an exciting game, we lost 2:3 to Waldfeucht-Bocket. Already after 2 minutes, Philipp Robertz put Waldfeucht ahead 0:1.
After that, our Lions improved, and within 2 minutes, Patrick Lima da Costa (21st minute) and Ali Hidare (22nd minute) turned the game around.
For Ali, it was his first goal in an official match.
However, Waldfeucht equalized in the 33rd minute with a direct corner.

In the second half, the Lions controlled the game but couldn't reward themselves and conceded the 2:3 through Alexander Küsters in the 71st minute due to an unfortunate mistake.

Although the result is disappointing, we saw a well-defending, brave, and passionate team. Sometimes you lose undeservedly, but if we keep working like this, we will reward ourselves again. We can build on this performance!

Next week, we play away against Grün-Weiß Karken. We look forward to your support.
